My daily points are 38. That’s a lot. I actually returned to WW after a 10 month hiatus recently. I met someone lovely who became my bf and I got Fappy (fat + happy) but really more Fazy, basically. I also have been reading a lot of nutritionist Kimberly Snyder’s writings on her blog and 2 books: The Beauty Detox Solution and The Beauty Detox Foods, which I’ll blog about later. I’m marrying her recommendations for food combining, alkalizing yourself, and avoiding allergens that aid inflammation ( no meat, dairy, gluten, or soy with an emphasis on  raw food) with Weight Watchers. I have been starting every morning with a green smoothie and hiking as much as possible in the AM. I definitely and unfortunately  know I have to add in some gym time too. I’m hoping I can get back to wanting and craving going. Small steps. At least I’m tracking the ish out of my life right now…
